At the forefront of all the care provided by VIP America in referring caregivers, we place an emphasis on excellent, quality service. We have developed several checks and balances within our organization to ensure that your satisfaction is continually met.

All clients have access to office personnel 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Even when the office is closed, a knowledgeable member of client services is available to assist you. We know life doesn’t always wait for normal business hours to decide to throw things your way so we want to make sure you have access to a great, quality, home care caregiver whenever you need it.

Each client who receives in home assistance from a VIP America referred caregiver also has a client services coordinator whose specific duty is to meet all of the clients scheduling and daily care needs. The coordinator is responsible for assigning a caregiver through our clinical and psychosocial matching process that will meet all of the clients care, activities of daily living, companionship and nursing needs.

In addition to the attention a client receives from their coordinator a client liaison is also available to assist them should it be needed. Quality visits and checks are provided by the client liaison, as well as trouble shooting should the need arise. If there is a drastic change to the clients condition or new medications introduced, the liaison is available to meet with the client. New changes are documented and conveyed to the appropriate sources so that the best home care is provided. If a new caregiver needs to be introduced into the home the liaison is available to accompany the caregiver out on the first day to make sure that the transition goes smoothly and with as little interruption as possible.
