VIP Treatment Melbourne, Florida

Throughout the United States, there are thousands of patients staying in nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living, and other types of facilities rather than at home. To make it possible for a number of these patients to remain independent in their homes, VIP America works to connect them with caregivers focused on providing general help (basic home maintenance, laundry, housekeeping, shopping, and transportation) as well as specialized nursing care (wound, colostomy, oncology, post-surgical and pulmonary care, among others) as needed.

As-Needed Transportation Assistance

VIP America can work with clients on an as-needed basis for transportation support. In some instances, our clients are cared for by family members but occasionally work schedules don't allow for doctor visits or other scheduled appointments. In these cases, VIP America serves as a back-up plan and provides you with peace of mind regarding your loved one's care—and that when you can't be there, an experienced caregiver can be.

Companion/Homemaker Services

VIP America offers companions/homemakers whose primary focus is to help the elderly, disabled, and others live at home rather than in a healthcare facility. These caregivers provide a variety of services including companionship and emotional support as well as general housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and cooking) and transportation to doctor appointments or social outings.

Patient Advocate Services

VIP America will work to find and refer a Patient Advocate (or Health Advocate) who will help manage and intervene on behalf of our clients. These advocates are experts in dealing with the intricacies of the medical system, dealing with the various doctors, insurance companies, and any other medical-related issue during their client's illness. Their role can include explaining policies and procedures, completing paperwork, coordinating transportation and bill tracking, and serving as a liaison between the client and doctors, medical staff, insurance companies, and family members (as needed).
